Yeshiva Gedolah Wins a Variance
November 13, 2007

Yeshiva Gedolah recently requested a variance to operate an educational facility and dormitory in what was previously a nursing home. The Aberdeen Township Planning Board overwhelmingly approved. This is our opportunity to say thank you.

Aberdeen has been good to our community. They allowed us to construct and maintain an eruv. The local Shoprite's Kosher Experience has an extensive selection of kosher items including a deli and fish section. The township allowed us to convert part of the shul parking lot into a playground and classroom. The local builders now construct homes that better accommodate the needs of an orthodox lifestyle.

We offer our thanks to the Township and the community for helping us whenever we've sought their support.
